Now they need to start with criminal charges for bank personnel filing false foreclosure documents and jailing them.
I hope there’s more bank foreclosures to come.
I like it! Maybe I will have to try it on the sleazy lawyer who owes me over $20K for work I did on the townhouse complex.

Why does a bank get the option to cut a check? The homeowner does not get that option.
