PB/Qest piping on Well Water

Home built in 1994 has PB/Qest piping with copper fittings. On untreated well water.

Problem with PB piping was original fittings and chlorine eating the pipe from the inside out.

With copper fittings and “clean” water, would you recommend replacement?

The fact remains its still pb. Even though there is no clorine in the well water, the pipe is considered defective.

The chlorine theory is just that, a theory. Not a “proven” fact.

Correct.

Call it out.
