PDF Books - Links not working - First timer

First Timer and trying to navigate through a course pdf. None of the hyperlinks are working either while viewing in Chrome Browser or when viewing in PDF viewer. Any suggestions?

They won’t. The PDF course companion books are exactly like our printed textbooks, which also don’t have links.

InspectorOutlet sells our textbooks.
