The 'B' 'i' 'u' 'Quote' 'Code' 'List' 'List=' 'Img' 'URL' buttons.
Follow the directions which come up.

Doug, at the top of the box that shows when you post a new message is the box that says “Img”. Click on that and follow the directions. The image should be named with no spaces or strange characters and should be 50kb or smaller.
