This made be laugh:
Later this made me cry:
Well, it looks like the water is receding.
This is why I save crawlspaces for last.
I gave myself a gift last year and quit doing homes with crawl spaces. Don’t miss it one little bit!
Luck you…About half the houses I inspect have crawlspaces.

Not to get off subject but that boat and camera reminds me when I was inspecting welds inside the hollow steel girders on the Popular Street Bridge over the Mississippi river in St louis back in 1983. I was a young 27 year old engineer assigned to work with a senior engineer named Carl. The abutment the girders sat on was a huge hollow concrete structure with a spiral stair case up to the girders. There was a door that opened out onto the abutment and the first words out of Carl as we looked down on the street below was he use to look at people making out in the parking lot below with his binoculars. I knew then working with Carl was going to be a trip. I have many XXX experiences following along with Carl. Funny how a photo can bring out suppressed memories.
wow, interesting!
Absolutely! Same for me.
