Yep, you got it Steve, I inspected it, had PB (missed it), had asbestos (missed it), the roof was shot (missed it), the foundation was busted (missed it), couple (well a few) trusses were cut-removed (missed it).
He’ll be working on the Love Shaq for a while, I told him if he would of paid me, I would of PAID more tention----
Dale, I was also impressed with ISN and will be signing up. Glad to hear that you are using and are very happy with them. I have been looking for a way to cut down on time spent scheduling, emails etc., and after talking with them at the conference I am sold. They are my new “assistant”.
Yes, I did let him inspect his A/C (said he was a pro), he has bought enough of them for clients he collected less than $400.00 per inspection, I figured if he does another 8-10 inspections and saves ALL the money he’ll be able to buy one of those too (I missed it) for himself, rather than a client he doesn’t even know receiving a new A/C…
