That looks to be a full bathroom rough-in.
The large pipe is for the toilet, the pipe to the right is for a shower or bathtub drain, and the small diameter pipe is for a sink drain.
All the drain pipes are installed during construction for installation of a bathroom in the future.

I do not see a drain. Rough in ABS drain pipes but not floor drain.
are You talking about the mold on the drywall behind the furnace, the improper floor drain termination or the unused bathroom rough in piping ??? or something else???
