*Nick - Since we are looking to encourage additional responses, we will choose two people at random to receive $25 American Express gift cards. We will contact the recipients sometime in April, after the survey has closed. If people would like to be eligible, they should include contact information at the end of the survey (even if they respond that they do not want us to contact them as a followup to the survey). People who have already responded to the survey are also retroactively eligible for the gift card drawing.
