I love it honestly. It does take some time to set everything up the way you want it, but it works out of the box just fine. I have been using it for 3 years and don’t plan on switching any time soon. It’s really customizable, and I have spent a long time making the reports just how I want!
My customers have been quite pleased with my reports. I tend to only use videos with it for things that can’t be shown in a picture, like a wobbly handrail etc. But it works pretty well, the image in the PDF is a link to watch the video online.
I suggest making good use of the severity levels! I also use them to indicate info, helpful tips, etc. And I have it set up to automatically put certain severity levels into the summary for the buyer’s agent. They get just a few pages of the highlights, and the customer gets the full report printed during the inspection.
