The pool pump and filter system is powered with an extension cord plugged into a GFI outlet on the home. The pool is an above ground pool. Anything wrong with this? No ground? Chaffed wire getting wet?

above ground pools need a seperate GFI service. no more than 3’ from pools’ pump to the gfi. cut and dry. not to mention that orange ext.cord could never be mistaken for anything permenent.
