Wood Framing Toe-Nailing Connections
Nothing wrong with toe-nailing connections. Hangers of course add better support and stability incase of movement.
Several poorly toe-nailed roof joist fasteners.
Side Wall/Portico Roof Flashing not completed.
Observations. Several poorly toe-nailed portico roof joist.
Recommend a licensed carpentry contractor provide supplemental fastening to poorly toe-nailed roof joists where required.

That thing would likely have a short lifespan here in Fl. It even looks like an airfoil. All its missing is the position light.
