Possible Phishing email?

So I received an email today that seemed a bit phishy to me and was wondering what you all thought. Should I reply or hit the ol’ delete button. The email reads as follows:

I hope your day so far has been pleasant!

Quick question – after you complete a home inspection for someone, if that person provided you with a referral for your business, how would you want to reward them??

Just curious, what was the domain name of the email? @gmail.com etc?
