Pre-Listing Inspections (methods and liability)

Do you do anything different in a Pre-Listing Inspection? Does the liability of your findings transfer to the Buyer after the contract goes to closing? Thank you.

There is no transfer of Liability as a subsequent purchaser is not a party to the Inspection Contract (IOA). Duty is to the person contracting your service.
