Pre-listing sewer scope addendum

Hi- Does anyone have a pre-listing sewer scope addendum? I went to the InterNACHI documents library and found the prelisting inspection agreement and the sewer scope addendum but not a pre-listing sewer scope addendum. I hate to edit any of the agreements being that they are legal docs intended to cover my butt.

It seems like you could meld the above two bolded and make what you want.
