FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRO-LAB'S PARTNERS PROGRAM BUILDS REALTOR CONFIDENCE
WITH ENVIRONMENTAL HOME INSPECTORS

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL-- PRO-LAB, the largest full-service environmental testing laboratory in the world and the leading manufacturer and distributor of the most complete line of environmental home safety test kits, has launched to the Home Inspection community, the PRO-LAB Professional PARTNERS Program.
Thorough environmental home inspections have become common practice in today's real estate world. It's crucial that realtors, buyers and sellers have complete knowledge of the condition of a home that is currently on, or will be going on, the market. This will provide peace-of-mind for all parties involved and can potentially save a real estate transaction. PRO-LAB recognizes that building strong partnerships with the real estate community and instilling their confidence in Certified Environmental Home Inspectors will pave the way to long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
The PRO-LAB Professional PARTNERS Program is a comprehensive, nationwide network that provides realtors with the necessary tools to locate Certified Environmental Home Inspectors and Remediation Specialists. This, in turn, provides direct leads to Home Inspectors and Home Inspection Services. Because the majority of prospective home buyers rely on their realtors to recommend which professionals and services to use in their efforts to buy or sell a home, real estate agents must be confident that they have the best resources available.
PRO-LAB PARTNERS are among the best and most experienced in the industry, and adhere to the industry's highest standards with regards to environmental testing. As a PARTNER, home inspectors are provided with the products, services and training they need to enhance and streamline their home inspection business as well as receive qualified leads from realtors and prospective home buyers.
PRO-LAB's knowledge and experience in the environmental industry has provided them with the expertise to assemble the most qualified and trusted professionals in the country. PRO-LAB quickly became an industry leader and continually strives to maintain their position by offering the best price in the industry, outstanding customer service and the fastest turnaround time guaranteed. Their comprehensive testing services include mold, radon, lead, asbestos, and water.
Home Inspectors are encouraged to visit www.prolabpartners.com to join the PRO-LAB Professional PARTNERS Program and be a part of a winning team. For further

Kelly, I just received a postcard asking me to join the ProLab partners. I logged on and noticed that you require a certification # and that if one does not have it they can purchase the courseware from you for some steep $$$.

So my ??? is:

1. Is there a discount for the courseware for NACHI members?

--- edit ---

Just so some don’t get the wrong impression of me. I am all for education, training and certification. Just want to know if we get a deal.

Whose certification are you needing? My state doesn’t require licensing to do most of what you test. Are you saying that we must be certified from Pro Lab?

PRO-LAB? laboratories participate in various proficiency programs including the AIHA EMPAT Program
(Environmental Microbiology Proficiency Analytical Testing) AIHA EMPAT #163230. This program has been
developed for microbiology laboratories specializing in the analysis of microorganisms commonly detected
in air, fluids and bulk samples. This program serves as an external quality control to measure our laboratory?s accuracy and to verify the performance of our lab is in line with other labs performing the same analysis. Several times during the year, ?blind? samples are sent to our lab to be analyzed and returned to the proficiency testing provider. These results are then compared to other laboratories using the same testing method and a ?report card? is issued to our lab. Regular participation in the proficiency program builds a picture over time that can help our quality control managers, accreditation bodies and our customers to get a picture of our laboratories analytical quality.
