we have t had the dental and vision insurance from Internachi for many years. we just found out that they never paid the bill for our dental insurance and the dental group plan was cancelled. We have had a very poor response from Villa nova about this . My wife and I both had dental appointments that we had to cancel because our insurance was canceled Jan 1. We asked to cancel and would like a refund of our premium but it is nearly impossible to contact them. has anyone had any luck reaching out to this company?
I didn’t know InterNACHI offered dental and vision insurance.

Or, maybe it was just a vendor that solicited on this forum at one time?
I haven’t heard of “Villa Nova”.
