Absolutely…but they are not visible.

Knowing you Russel, you must have a disclaimer for hidden lintels installed under stucco.

Indeed I do:

Lintels not visible, mainly due to type of inspection (drive-by or fly-by) and speed at time of inspection, but also due to construction method. There is the possibility that defects were not visible; concealed defects are not within the scope of the home inspection. Recommend having stucco removed for further evaluation before close of escrow.
