I am an Ontario and Quebec home inspector. Apparently Quebec wants all home inspectors practicing in Québec to by licensed October 2027. To be licensed the province wants its own code compliant accreditation. It does not seem to want to accept interNACHI’s accreditation. Is anyone else stuck with this dilemma?
