I am just starting out in Florida. I now have an inactive license. If I go to work for a home inspector, will he carry the insurance required on me, or will I need to get it on myself?
Thanks

Typically, they may add you to their policy BUT it is negotiable. Good inspecting!
Thank you, Larry. I am still gathering information.
In order to hold a HI license in Florida, you must have a minimum amount of insurance ($300,000 commercial GL policy). If your employer reimburses you for it, that’s great, but you have to secure it.
Thank you, that is good to know.
