One of my inspectors sent me this picture. It didn’t come from our inspection. He’s always finding funny inspection-related stuff on the web. I can’t believe someone took the time to take the picture rather than just getting the hell out of there.

Most inspectors will notice the hibernating bear but did they see that it’s missing an eyebrow ?

Bears in crawlspaces, under porches, and such are very common in some areas of the country:
They are just like mice, just bigger Plug up all the holes and access points!
