So if I did a standard home inspection on a 1326 sf home. 3/1 built 1958 open FP screened BP. I am at $500 with additional travel and age of home fees. How much additional would one charge (in Florida) for a four point AND a wind mitigation report.

In the panhandle the rate is $50 to $75 for the WMG and $125 for the 4 point. That is with a residential inspection.
Both without the residential inspection is $175 to $200.
Charge another $50 to $75 if there is a crawl space.

Typically here in Tampa a wind/4-point combo will add $100 to the base price.
