Question on roof geometry calculation for wind mitigation

When doing wind mitigation on duplex just for one side do you total up roof perimeter of total both sides of duplex?

I normally do if trusses carry through both sides of duplex. But this duplex has concrete wall from slab to ridge as fire wall. And trusses to each unit are isolated to each unit. But roof tiles of course carry over both units.

There is a gable over non inspected side of duplex that would but it over the 10%.

Any thoughts?

Yes separately owned

I think I would only do my side from the parapet wall.

That’s what I was leaning towards. But the actual roof tiles are continuous from one side to the other.

Then I presume you will have to do the whole thing.
