Has anyone had a problem with radalink? I’ve been using their equipment this year, and have been very pleased. Then today, I retrieved a monitor, tried to access the radalink website and could’nt open the page. I called the toll free number, and got a busy signal, kinda strange. After several tries, I got through and was told they were having trouble today. I’ve waited a couple of hours, still can’t access the website, and now when I call, I get a recording that says the number can’t be accessed from my area. Meanwhile, my client and his realtor are chomping at the bit for the results of the test, as the inspection window closes tomorrow. I really think this is an isolated incident, I’m just wondering if anyone that’s done business with them in years past has had any negative experiences like this.
