Radiant heating system

Most people disconnected their electric radiant heating systems back in 2000/2001 because of our Enron-sponsored energy shortage, so I rarely find one that is working. Yesterday, I did. Three of them, as a matter of fact. The ceiling temperature was 59?F and heated up to 82?F after 1? hours. I thought that was very good. My question is, what would be the normal operating parameters for such a system?

For detailed technical information on electric radiant ceiling heat contact:

www.thermaray.com

They will respond to email or provide information via a toll free number. I run into that type of heat on semi-regular basis here in the frozen north and these guys have always been helpful.
