Radon Business Questioms

Hello All,
I am starting a Radon testing business in my area. I have a couple of questions, hopefully someone can help.

  1. Can I offer real estate agents a gift card if they are the top referral agent in the office?
  2. Can I ask a mitigator for a percentage back if I refer my clients to his business?

Radon testing is an Ancillary Service, and is not subject to InterNachi standards… (which is focused on the Home Inspection aspect of the Industry), but… good luck surviving, when word gets out you are operating in a “scummy” manner!
