I seem to be spending the majority of my time picking up and dropping off radon monitors. I have been thinking of hiring someone just to take care of radon testing to free up more time in my day. To focus on inspections and growing the business.
Doe anyone do anything like this? if so how is it working out?

I have had an employee handle the placement or picking up of radon tests for years. They also make all necessary phone calls to realtors to arrange for entry into the properties. Radon testing is still a profit center even with the added cost of the hired help, the extra time available for me to run my business and have a normal life is worth it.
