Does anyone have updated information on Radon Measurement requirements in KY?
Last time I spoke to Clay Hardwick he told me nothing was being enforced in KY.
I see previous threads from the forum but nothing within the last few years.
This is one more agency with their hand in my pocket. Why will they not accept AARST? BS.
InterNACHI sued the state of Kentucky over radon and won an injunction only for InterNACHI members, so if you are an InterNACHI member, you are good.

I’m not familiar with injunctions, does the injunction expire or will there be another hearing?
It expires when there is a court order ending it which won’t be for years IMHO and by that time we’ll have it fixed permanently.
