Meh. It was ok. The issue, for me at least, is that if you’re 5’8" or therebouts, you can walk around. I’m about 6’1" with my loafers on. Don’t get me wrong, everywhere in Florida, space is at a premium, I’d love to have that kind of room. It was also sorta conditioned. He had one tube of the AC pushing out a little cool air, dampened down.
Hey Bob consider putting your pup to http://dogoftheday.com
Here’s an example
She’s a sweety. Our neighbor has one like that which could be her sister, Ruby!
So here’s a quick update…
Turns out the guy that owned this place runs a youtube Channel. He is not the current owner, he was the prior owner.
The final “build out” of the house is below. It is no longer near as nice as it was in that Video. Apparently there was a nutcase renting from the current owners who had to get dragged out by the cops. heh. He also wrecked a bunch of stuff inside.
Oh I thought you were inspecting Nicks garage…
How’s the podcast?
And one of the reasons I “escaped” metro ATL almost 20 years ago. Have at it!!
I can remember in Myrtle Beach during peak season trying to drive from murrells inlet up to North Myrtle Beach It was hell, sort of. I did it in a convertible and the sites were a hell of a lot better.
That’s a pretty long drive even today, Brian. With so much around me, my wife and I never travel more than 15 miles. 90% of everything we need or do is within 5 miles.
Gotta go to Boulineau’s and Calabash!
Yes! Both just a few minutes away.
I remember when it was the size of a small 7-11 on the main drag corner. Dad had the chance to buy a beach front bungalow on Cherry Grove beach for $5k, but passed on it.
I know the corner you’re probably talking about. Sea Mountain hwy and North Ocean Blvd. Times have changed. No more $5k property
I have been telling the wife about all of these cool electric fireplaces I have found at inspections. So, she decided she wanted one. Threw together this corner wall to hold the new electric fireplace and our TV.
The oak beam mantel is from a tree off of our property.
That’s the one, I remember the 1st time seeing the ocean rolling down Sea Mountain to the beach and parking in that lot and running into the waves 1969 or 70.
Awesome Ryan!
Nice, Ryan.
Does it make the crackle sound? That’s a popular feature among the ones from the early 2000s here in GA.
