Today’s Realtor was VERY BIG in the business… … … . …

Some find that attractive. Not my cup of tea!

How did it look above the chair of the realtor. LOL

  1. All I know for sure is there should be a law against stretch pants.

  2. Some people may qualify for some kinda disability checks… … …

All depends who is wearing them. LOL In this case, I agree.

Maybe something more like…

Ah yes, the benefits of living in MN. Once the cold sets in, everything slows down a bit and we have time to do other things besides work, lol. No inspection scheduled for tomorrow, so will be able to go through this tote of vintage Atari stuff to see if it works, and whether I want to part with it or keep it around to amuse the kids and grandkids, lol.

After I get through the Atari stuff, I have some boxes and a tote of vintage HO scale train stuff to go through. I have bought and sold a ton of train stuff over the years, but as I am 50 now, I feel like I should get really into either smoking meats or model railroading, lol. I’m leaning towards setting up a big train display. Anyone have any insight into that?

Is it even worth it if you’re not sitting on the floor while playing it on a 14" tube TV?

This was in the tote with the rest of the stuff. Looks like the original owner might have bought a flashy new 19" color tube TV at the same time. High Roller.

Just make sure you get permission from the wife before you set it up on the living room floor.

I have a nephew who is a serious collector of Atari consoles and games. If you are interested in selling, DM me. He’ll want a list of games/equipment. Even the manual is cool.

Will do! The longest I will probably keep it would be through Christmas, just to have some fun with it with family. This model doesn’t seem to be particularly valuable, based on eBay search. I think it might be one of the later models, maybe even one of the final ones? Your nephew probably knows. It’s a CX2600A.

I found an older TV in the basement this morning that has a coaxial input, so should have it fired up later today, lol.

I think he does it for fun, and affordability makes it possible. They (twin brothers) have a ton of vintage gaming stuff, and they play all of it. And they search far and wide for what they want, that’s when it gets serious lol.

I’m eyeballing my son’s workout room, now that he is off at college. It’s not a huge room, but would work for a good size set up. I’m kinda thinking a platform around the perimeter of the room, and one would stand in the middle? I don’t know, seems like the most efficient way to me.

Welp, I might be able to give him a great deal! The unit works, but the power switch was loose and if you didn’t hold it in a certain spot, it would turn off. I took it apart (of course!) and am cleaning up and adjusting the contacts to have some more pressure. Not entirely convinced my handywork is going to actually work though, lol.

Large spring is just to hold the switch upright so I can work on it.
