“Drip”…?
Been dripping for a while, I suppose.

That bathroom doesn’t get used normally. Now there are 6 adults using it. 100% of that was in the past 48 hours.
I went ahead and pulled the toilet and replaced the ring with the help of my FIL. Leak fixed. Hopefully the ceiling dries enough they don;t have to replace it. He’s had to do that twice in 30 years or so.
Ray, it was only a 150 acres just over the NC border. Put out a lot of smoke but was contained. The smoke/haze lingered for a few days and added with our pollen just peaking, gives us some hazy days. And yes, I’m located in Hiawassee. Moved here from Metro ATL almost 20 years ago.
The bear is back…
I used to have so many of those overgrown land rats. Always getting into something.
Stayed at Columbus Belmont state park,KY. Lot’s of civil war history. My wife thought it made it feel haunted. I said naaahh. Then I saw this “witch” tree across from our campsite.
Had a couple Sandhill Crane helpers last week. A few minutes after this photo they got into an argument with a vicious guard dog (couldn’t see it, maybe a Shih Tzu ). It was quite the racket for a few minutes.
Easter Church Service. One of my granddaughters earned the nickname “Shiner” for the remainder of the day due to her accidentally whacking herself in the eyeball.
I hope everyone had a Happy Easter!
Funny follow up since this picture was taken. Every time I listen to my daughter tell other people about the fish she caught, the size of the fish increases with each telling of the story. She’s an angler all right, rofl.
Its amazing how she could reel in Moby Dick on 8 pound test, lol.
Sorta inspection in that it was at today’s inspection. I didn’t inspect it, just noted it.
I’ve never seen one of these like this. You tornado Alley folks probably see them all the time.
I had two inspections yesterday and still managed to get my garage air conditioner installed. My helper did most of the work, but it was still a “we” project. He was a plumber up north, so his measure and glue is faster than me.
This morning and last night the garage wasn’t an oven, so I’m taking that as a win. Let’s hope it doesn’t clunk out. The shutoff valve is on the cold side, a bit hidden. No expansion tanks required in my neighborhood either.
I see you went all out on the foam pipe insulation…
He had to cut costs somewhere
Lol, it just came with two little pieces. I’ll button it up later. heh.
