Got about 6 inches at my house.
10” at my house
That one doesn’t look to happy to see you!
I have a few more because my brother went out with a cougar hunter and rescuer with dogs, snowmobile and sled/cage.
I’ll post more later.
Looks like one hive made so far. There might be some life in the right one.
What’s the overall plan with the bees?
For me it’s honey. These two hives gave us 69lbs last fall. We left 100lbs in each hive so the bees could winter. For my wife its pollination. She has a huge garden and we have a bunch of fruit trees on the property.
Right on. What kind of honey are you getting?
Alfalfa and wildflower. It was a decent harvest. A lot more nectar this year. Last year I didn’t take any.
Right on. We enjoy the wildflower as well. Buckwheat is our favorite.
My favorite is Tupelo from the swamps in and around JawJa…Mmmm!
Scary stuff Larry. I’ve had four close encounters with cats in my 26 years in Montana. I never go into the woods unarmed.
Same here, Walter…
some sort of voodoo offering? Maybe?
I thought of that, but was wondering if someone knew more. Some hippie, tree hugging, or some such thingie
