This is the first time we have ever been asked to do this. We were contacted by a lady who had an inspection in January and has gotten certain things that were noted on the report fixed. She wanted the original inspector to come back out and take a look at it, but he is away on vacation. She has contacted us (through find an inspector no less) and wants a follow up on just those items.
Are there any specials disclaimers or report processes that should be used.

As Joe also mentioned, be sure to include in your report that it is recommended that the client request copies of work orders and/ or receipts for any and all repairs.
