Just wondering what does a trailer go for in California?

My wife just sold her mothers home in Sacramento for $293,000.00. Here it might be worth $95,000.00 - $125,000.00.

This was a single wide, 1973 Glenbrook listed at $85K, with the space rental at $875 per month.

That single wide around here could be over 150K, depending on the location! That is pretty typical wiring in them, too

In pic 3, is that a sheet of asbestos in the back of the access panel???


(This would meet 1913 code if it was )

That was a piece of 3/4" drywall. Same idea I guess.

What doesn't burn around here from "natural causes," these trailers will finish off
