Some of the issues I found during my inspection of a “single wide” today.

Scary stuff when you consider how fast these mobile homes burn.

I like the last picture. One red wire.?

Jeff

I thought only Ohio had trailers. ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)

Just wondering what does a trailer go for in California?

My wife just sold her mothers home in Sacramento for $293,000.00. Here it might be worth $95,000.00 - $125,000.00.

This was a single wide, 1973 Glenbrook listed at $85K, with the space rental at $875 per month.

Not too sure what the red wire was all about ![eusa_think.gif](upload://lNFeGuTetUAtwNVgUSOuUzgrGGK.gif)

Jeff,

You are the Master of bad wiring

I find some scary stuff but you seem to have a knack for it.

I have put the past behind me,

where , however, it now sits, making rude remarks.

That single wide around here could be over 150K, depending on the location! That is pretty typical wiring in them, too icon_eek.gif

That was a piece of 3/4" drywall. Same idea I guess.

What doesn't burn around here from "natural causes," these trailers will finish off ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)
