I think I broke the record (or at least my own) by inspecting the real house of Horror…
Early 1900’s construction…which all utilities were turned off for the last 12 years (No water, no electricity no gas, nothing, AND the owner actually lives there).
He had couple of solar panels to produce just enough electricity for 2 lamps and he takes his shower at work.
Roof has been leaking for a while…mould and layers of spider web everywhere, even on his mattress, just like an ancient cave…
Anyway, the inspection was pretty easy since I had to reffer a specialist for everything…lol:mrgreen:
