Well it's that time of the year again when the various realty offices phone and ask the inspector to contribute to their Christmas party.

I put a new twist on it this year.

When they phone I ask them to contribute to mine.
Total silence at the other end.... shock maybe.
I then explain...We don't make the money realtors do.
Could you trhow $500.00 my way for my Christmas party.
Nothing coming so far.
Bah Humbug !!

Most years these lesser known charities try their hardest just to obtain much needed funding! With the high level of donor fatigue (as noted above) they will be hit even harder. If you can even a small $10 donation can help a great deal. You don't have to donate to all just pick one worthy cause that tugs at your heart strings and send a $10 check!
