8 InterNACHI CEU?
Wow! Very nice.

Yes, I contacted National (NACHI) before I even planned this event.
If I have a large response, I WILL schedule additional classes.
I am also offering to come out to other chapters to give them American Red Cross training also.
This is a great class to invite Realtors to!!!
Also great for family & friends.

Good Job Jason!!
You should check about teaching CPR to your local association of Realtors for CE credits as well.

Thanks,
That is my plan. I will be going to Realtors, Churches, Senior Centers, Town Halls, etc.
I just received my Instructors Authorization last Tuesday. Out of all the different Tests I had to take I only had 1 partly incorrect answer. 99%
To become an instructor you don’t have to be certified in First Aid or CPR.
(Those who can’t Do, Teach. Ha,Ha,Ha.)
I am the only one in my class who not only became Authorized to teach that also became Certified in First Aid, CPR Adult/Child/Infant & AED.
Authorized & Certified are two different things.
My American Red Cross chapter wants me to work closely with them as most of the chapter officers are getting ready to retire soon.

Thats a great life saving skill to teach while gaining some exposure at the same time.
We did a CPR campaign this past January. Here is a link to an online article. We made several newspapers and online publications.

Good luck with everything.
Scroll down to the third article.

Can we get CEs for this by having the class anyway? I do this on a yearly basis.

I am certified every couple of years at the jail. Can I claim those CEU’s. They want me to save the life of inmates.

You will need to check with NACHI HQ to see if all First Aid/CPR certifications qualify for CEU.
I contacted NACHI HQ asking if I could put on this class & provide CEU for PASSING the Class.
You guys do bring up a good point.
Truthfully though, do either of you really need the CEU? ;)
