This is exactly why we always opted for nice, high grade plagues versus trophies for individual recognition awards and left trophies for organizational and team awards. Plus you can hang a plaque on the office “I love me” wall, but you can’t a trophy. In my office, shelf space is a premium and trophies would just become lost in the clutter.
A certificate is usually for completing something. A trophy is for being the best at something.
Don’t you want a PIC of yourself holding a trophy for your inspection business website? A PIC is worth a thousand words.
We should add InterNachi-Grinch-of the Year award.
I’m sure there would be enough nominees to make it interesting. :mrgreen:
