I had recieved a voice mail today concerning a request for more information from a client’s mortgage company. I have not been able to reach the client nor has the client contacted me concerning this information.

What is one to do? icon_lol.gif

What I have learned is the mortgage company wants a free ride. They want your report so they don’t have to hire someone else. That’s my take on it.

Call them back and tell them you will be glad to talk to them once you hear from your client and then “fire up some marketing on em”.

Hi all,

Sometimes the mortgage company has alot to say about
the inspection results. For example: USDA Rural Development
loans.
