Reason:

Not a big deal but I asked for help on the emergency forum and got it, but also received a snide remark from someone I don’t know suggesting my competition would have done a better job. One of the reasons I don’t like asking is I don’t need to be humiliated on the board. Its a good source but if you are new (That’s me, just over year) I would think you would want your members to feel free to use the forum.
