Reason:

“3.The InterNACHI member shall not engage in any act or practice that could be deemed damaging, seditious or destructive to InterNACHI, fellow InterNACHI members…”

Mr. Devries is in violation of the above noted section of the INACHI C.O.E. in three areas;
1 - Mr. Devries has stated that I was expelled from the CANACHI message board. In fact I left the Canachi message board because of Canachi’s apparent intimate connection with a Home Inspection school and because of the moderator’s biased treatment of posters to that site. The unchallenged and accepted allegation that i was removed from that message board is personally and professionally damaging and should be removed immediately.
2 - Mr. Devries assertion that I was involved in any accusation or allegation of drug use by another inspector which is untrue and possibly libelous.
3 - Mr. Devries absurd assertion that I was involved in any way in labeling, stating or implying that another inspector is a murderer or was involved in a murder. ( the actual complaint was lodged by one inspector against another and was the clearly the product of a feeble mind, but no more feeble that the one that linked it to me!!)
This kind of uncalled for, demeaning and defamatory accusation while commonplace on what has been identified elsewhere as the ‘home inspection school web site’ should not be allowed or condoned here. The remarks should be removed. The author banned from this message board and removed from the E.S.O.P. for demonstrating a clear inability to keep his personal dislikes from impinging upon his conduct as a representative of the INACHI organization.

roy c, ray w, george l, brian m, marcell g, none of them have any good to say and whin and cry like babies, they fight argue and bash every association and person that questions them to the point they make up stories of drug addiction, murder. if there soap boxes were removed they could only post on wands site or geroges site, neither of which get any traffic and they will be forced to have a one sided fight.
in this case self masicasim could be a good thing.

I believe that the infraction is covered by the above. Further I now understand that this person has already been removed from the esop, so i therefore withdraw that remark.
