mfiesel has reported a post.
Reason:
I don’t believe this post serves the Internachi Members or the public. I have a few inspectors that performed that many inspections and made more money than that in 2016 and we now have over 100 internachi members so the claim that these folks are poking fun at has been realized. I just lost a franchise sale in Toronto because of this post so one less potential Internachi member. I would appreciate it if it can be taken down or at lease buried so my potential new franchisees cant see it.
Thanks

*"it usually takes about three to four months from the day a new franchisee signs their final paperwork to the day they do their first home inspection. *
During that time, they undergo rigorous training, including 10 binders of home study materials, and an intensive two-week boot camp in Halifax.
After the boot camp is over, the new franchisee is ready to become a licensed home inspector – a must in BC.
“They can walk back into their business after boot camp, do an inspection on day one, and put a cheque straight into the bank,” Williams says.
Once they’re up to speed, A Buyer’s Choice franchisee can do 600 inspections per year at about $450 per inspection – creating a gross income of $270,000 per year."
What are we all doing on these boards…buy a franchise tomorrow…or sooner if you can!!!
Shake the head again and again until you understand…buy a franchise right now!!!:twisted::mrgreen:

MOST people reading a message board will acknowledge the DATE of the post.
Really? Blaming a MB post for causing a franchise sale to fall through? Perhaps the problem isn’t the MB post, but the attitude of the Franchise trying to sell it’s wares. .
