Requirements for use of Certified Master Inspector® "Instructor" logo

Great news.
For use by any Certified Master Inspectors® who are also inspection instructors.

Requirements to use: All you have to do is be or have been an instructor of inspectors (anywhere) and be a Certified Master Inspector®.

Instructed many Certified Professional Inspectors. How do I get a Certified Master Instructor designation logo?

Please provide names of all the CMI’s you have instructed in the past and there contact information.

You don’t have to have instructed Certified Professional Inspectors. You don’t have to have instructed any minimum number. Click post #1 for requirements.

Just download from post #1.

Thank you.
I would like to congratulate Emil Tchilev, Montreal Qc. Canada for becoming the Newest CPI at InterNACHI.
Emil Tchilev.

Out of 96 views only 4 members bothered to understand the real significance the Certified Master Instructor Logo and how it can propel your home inspection business marketing?

Good Marketing can increase your income and reputation.

I hope this thread gathers traction.

What am I missing here?

You literally think this guy has instructed other CMI’s. I have my doubts he can be a CMI himself.

You don’t have to have instructed other CMIs®. That isn’t a requirement. All you have to do is be or have been an instructor of inspectors… and be a CMI® yourself.

Tried to download the logo but it came up as something called an AVIF file … Have no idea what that is or how to get it as a jpeg, etc??

Dan, here it is as .jpeg and .png

Hence my quote;

You give him this logo, it will be under false pretense, because he sure is not an instructor.

Good morning, Marcel. Hope to find you well. You know the rest. I can’t help you with that.

For clarification.
All you have to do is be or have been an instructor of inspectors (anywhere ) and be a Certified Master Inspector®.

I hope that helps.

You appear to be missing quite a lot actually.
For one, you are missing the interpretation of the "Requirements to use the Logo.
“All you have to do is be or have been an instructor of inspectors (anywhere ) and be a Certified Master Inspector®.”

You refer to this guy without knowing if, this guy, has fulfilled the Requirements to use the Logo.
That is called speculation or downright Bias.

I am sure happy, Nick Gromicko is the last word on vetting whom can or can’t fulfill the InterNACHI obligations of any kind.

I sure remember the purge of so called insubordinate members and how the founder, Nick Gromicko sorted out the bias.

Sorry for going off thread.
Better days ahead!
Certified Master Instructor Logo is marketing genius!

Morning, Dan. Hope to find you well and in good spirits today.

AVIF also referred to as AV1 Image File Format, can be downloaded then viewed on most modern browsers and Operating Systems or OS for short.
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge all support AVIF/AV1, as do many OS like Windows, Mac, and Apple-iOS.

Why you had issues opening the AVIF file on your PC or Mobile device.
Here is what I gleaned.
Lack of Support:
Some older browsers, devices, or operating systems might not have native support for it. They can’t decode the AVIF file to display the image.
Browser-Specific Policies:
Older versions of Internet Explorer or Safari, might have specific policies or security measures.
Limited Tool Support:
Some image editing tools or libraries might not yet have full support for it.
Security Concerns:
A browser or OS might block AVIF files as a security precaution.

Hope that helps.

That’s exactly what I am asking. Tell me who you have instructed as an instructor to be eligible for this logo.

Finally. #1: The courage to use a members name, if you call it that. I call it bias.
So did a very prominent InterNACHI member from Ontario. My signature bears his name.
#2: The inability to read AND COMPREHEND.

Call the individual. One of many I mentored in person, in my office, or on home inspections.
Emil Tchilev… 9 months of hands of training. Read his wonderful bio. He now leads as Master supervisor of interns in Réseau IBC. It all starts somewhere.

Honestly, Marcel. I use to think you where bigger than that.
Now, I am looking forward to change.

Roy Cooke asked me if I wanted him to submit me, my hours, to the awards committee for the prestigious “Gerry Beaumont Educational Achievement Award” when I first joined InterNACHI, after he saw all the accumulated hours I had sent to him. I was committed to becoming a solid home inspector.
I refused. My exact words. I don’t need to be rewarded for something I love.
Over 15 years ago, Marcel. 15 years of me congratulating everyone archiving “Gerry Beaumont Educational Achievement Award” while I watched.
Truly a Humbling experience. Something you should learn.

So Mr. Cyr. I will not go near the InterNACHI “Certified Master Instructor Logo.” Its all yours to vet whom ever you want. Lol.

The reasoning behind my strings…A great marketing tool tied to the proud CMI designation I wore in front of provincial commissions, in courts defending clients, while training home inspectors, or used anywhere I was promoting this industry for InterNACHI.
And yourself?

I can read and comprehend just fine.

I would have much preferred to do this by PM, Marcel. With professionalism.
Seeing you wanted to drag this through the message board to muddy someone’s good standing I am forced to defend myself.

As I am getting older, I try to humble and temper myself. I apologise profusely, Marcel but I feel you are not looking at this clearly.
Your post says it all.
“Please provide names of all the CMI’s you have instructed in the past and there contact information.”

I wish you only the best, Marcel and beg your pardon for my previous post.

Kind regards.
Robert

Anyone here a Master Code Professional or know one?
