Residential eletric or gas range temp?

I am searching for the plus or minus (+ or -) for temperature differential for a residential oven in the format of (+ or-25 degrees)?

Since no one else has answered your post I will certainly try my best.

Much of what you ask would be based on the energy which the oven uses, such as gas or electric.

While I don't know the manufacturers specifications for every oven out there the more expensive stoves tend to have smaller variations, although some of the less expensive gas ovens do pretty well. I have found variances as small as 25 degrees and as large as 100 degrees.

The problem with the larger variances is they do not tend to cook food as well, but all the same they do still cook food which is what they were intended to do.
