It may be difficult to see in the photos, however, there are hundreds of tiny gold colored resin drops on the wood cross members.
I’ve seen it a couple of times now and I don’t know what to make of it.
Does it mean the wood wasn’t treated properly? Is there anything significant about it? Or should I just ignore it?

Just ignore it. Those are not trusses by the way…they are rafters (with an undersized ridge board).
Terminology matters.
The difference between trusses and conventional framing is an important distinction.
