I don’t understand why you want to whine and moan all the time, if you don’t like it go back to stucco work.
The verbage you are complaining about has always been on the other 3 pages, to include page 4, the signature page.

Why is it that only Citizen’s is bickering over “bad” wind mits? I don’t hear or read about any others claiming “foul”. Why is the organization that would not be here save for the State backing, the one who is trying to change everything? What is their goal?
