Hey all, first time poster here!
I recently joined up and have been really blown away by all this site has to offer for the membership fee!! It’s a pretty incredible resource.
I’ve just passed my state exam and have completed PHII’s HI, AHI, Defect Recognition and Simple Construction courses. Since I’ve found this site I’ve been working my way through many of them here as well.
I am finalizing my E/O & GL information and will have that in place by the end of the week.
I am in the Charleston, SC area but would be willing to do some traveling and buy a lunch or dinner for a fellow Home Inspector who I could shadow for a day.
Though I’ve watched hours of videos and done a few friends homes, I would love to see a day in the life of someone who’s been doing it for a living.
