Texas Home Inspector, let’s learn more about roofs!
What more would you like to learn about roofs?
BTW I like the art work. All art work typically has a history and meaning. Looking at yours I suspect either former Navy or other heavy nautical background?
Two more helpful hints for you.
- I see you are offering mold sampling/inspections. These are licensed functions and I could not find a MAT or MAC license for you. Be very careful about controlling the selling/billing/anything with regards to this as even sampling has been determined to be a licensed function. To be safe send a Request For Interpretation to TDLR as to whether you can do whatever actions you are taking (Mold Assessors and Remediators Homepage). Then save that to a file in case someone tries to come back on you.
- TREC requires us to place our license number anywhere where we might be considered as identifying ourselves as licensed HI’s and/or selling our services. That includes social media posts (all posts) and other similar sites like this is. Go to your profile and add your TREC license number so it shows at the bottom of your posts. This will keep TREC out of your hair. Typically they don’t care until you are identified in a complaint. However if you are they will use everything they find to add onto the enforcement fine amounts.
