Inspection of Roof located at 1428 Grcia Ave Miami, Fl 33146
Upon inspection of the roof system, damage was evident to the north east side fascia board at the lower roof. The tile seems to be missing weep holes & the underlayment does not appear to be properly installed at the drip edge. This is potentially the cause of the water accumulation under the drip edge that is settling on fascia board & causing the damage. The repair should be made by a qualified roofer.
