I’ve seen many older WM’s signed by CCC - roofers…I guess nobody looked. During the re-inspection program, Citizens was allowing Independent Insurance Adjusters to perform WM’s using the last clause for “approved” inspectors. I don’t think any carrier was allowing roofers to sign the form.

I still find roofers filling the form out.

Wow, they do not have to so the form may be useless.
