No beam. And I can’t for sure verify the lumber grade due to the insulation. In fact I really can’t see enough to go either way. I checked the property record card and they show this is unfinished space. I am recommending this be checked out by a licensed contractor. By checking the records it tells me that no permit was issued and no phase inspection was preformed.
